When you choose to let, we run the property end to end for a commission of 20% to 25% of rental income, with cleaning charged to the guest. Listing and photography, pricing that moves with demand, every guest conversation and check in, licence compliance, tourist tax, and one clear owner report. Care of the house during the season is included.

Modern tools, smart access, monitoring and a management system, give us near complete oversight of each house from Barcelona for a small monthly cost.
Only the work that truly needs a person on site, the turnover clean, a repair, an emergency, the pre arrival check, calls on the local team. Everything else we run centrally.
